Description
Aji Cachucha-(Capsicum chinense)-Aji Cachucha are native to Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. It has mild heat and is sweet. Used as a seasoning pepper in rice and bean dishes. Also used to season soups and stews and can be stuffed with small amounts of meats and cheeses. The Aji Cachucha has a round shape looking almost like a bonnet or toy top. Sometimes will come to a point at the bottom of the pod. The Aji Cachucha chile plants grow 3 to 4 feet tall.
