Trilop Ucburun Biber-(Capsicum annuum)-The Trilop Ucburun Biber peppers comes to us from the Country of Turkey. It is the smaller milder version of the Urfa Biber pepper. They ripen from green to red and average about 6 inches long. The flesh is thick enough for roasting and stuffing. The flavor is savory sweet and the heat is very mild. Some say it’s like a raisin.
