Zou Pi Pepper-(Capsicum annuum)-The Zou Pi pepper comes to us from China. It has other names like Shar Pei pepper, Wrinkled Pepper and Chinescher Runzelhaut. The Zou Pi pepper has medium heat and fruity flavor tones. It ripens from green to red and averages 2 inches in length. The Zou Pi chile has a scrunchy wrinkled look on its exterior flesh.
