Aji Dulce Yellow-(Capsicum chinense)-The Aji Dulce Yellow also called Aji Dulce Amarillo is the Yellow variant of the Aji Dulce Red. The original Aji Dulce were first grown in Venezuela but are now found throughout South America and the Caribbean. They have little or no heat and are citrus fruity. They would be classifies as seasoning peppers. Traditionally used in meat marinades, stews, soups and mild salsas. Especially a fruit based salsa. The Aji Dulce Yellow peppers are 1-2 inches in diameter and are thin walled like others in habanero family. The Aji Dulce chile plants grow 3 to 4 feet tall.
