We kindly request that customers refrain from ordering seeds along with plants, as this may cause a malfunction in our system. Please note that upon printing your shipping label, you will receive a shipping notice. However, it is important to understand that this notice indicates that your label has been printed and does not necessarily mean that your item has been shipped.

Our regular shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays, unless you reside in a neighboring state. If you have specific date requirements due to upcoming travel plans, we kindly ask you to give us a call. It is crucial that you reach out to us directly via phone, as we may not be able to accommodate requests made via email or notes in the order.

Please be informed that we reserve the right to substitute a plant or two if our stock becomes limited. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
