Chocolate Primotalii-(Capsicum chinense)-The Chocolate Primotalii pepper is an unknown cross of the original red Primotalii. It cannot be just a color variant because it looks totally different than the red. If it were just a color variant it would closely resemble the original. It is much larger and has a different shape. It also has thicker flesh. So, someone either put Primotali in the name to market or something crossed into the Primotalii. This has happened with other varieties, for example the White Moruga which is also a cross but has the Moruga name. Anyways it has an insane burn, and many say it’s the hottest they have had. It kind of has a smokey flavor like most brown varieties. The Chocolate Primotalii is more productive than the Red Primotalii.
