Criolla de Cocina Peppers
The Criolla de Cocina is a very sweet aromatic pepper variety from Nicaragua. Peppers can get the size of a baseball and have a wrinkled exterior. Very productive the Criolla de Cocina chiles ripen from dark green to red. The peppers themselves are thin walled but can be used for sauces, roasting, stuffing and frying. The Criolla de Cocina chile plants grow just under three feet tall.
”At Refining Fire Chiles we isolate our seed production plants to avoid cross-pollination with other chile species. If you want to grow your own chiles, you can purchase seeds right here, or full plants (April-July) and have fresh chiles by September.Refining Fire ChilesJim (Habanero) Duffy
