Kardoula-(Capsicum annuum)-The Kardoula peppers is a very fast-growing early season pepper from Turkey. It is similar in flavor to the Aleppo because it has a much depth in flavor and a nice raisin like sweetness. The Kardoula chiles are cone shaped with nice thick walls. They ripen from green to a dark red. One of the great things is this pepper keeps on producing so many peppers, so it is suggested to stake or cage. It is used traditionally to season meat like lamb or kabobs. But is also ideal for stuffing with cheese or roasting. The Kardoula chiles have a medium heat level similar to a hot jalapeno. The Kardoula Chile plants grow over 4 feet tall. 10+ seeds
