It has a fresh fruitiness and will add much flavor to any dish you cook. The Pico de Gallo peppers are slender and are under a 1/4 inch wide and 2 to 3 inches in length. They ripen from green to red. The Pico de Gallo chile plants grow over 4 feet tall.
