They are thick and flshy when green and have a nice sweetness. Heat level is considered very mild.They ripen from green to brownish red and are great for roasting, frying, stuffing and drying. They average over an inch in width and 5 inches in length. The Quatro Milpas chile plants are very productive and grow up to 4 feet tall.
