White Bhut Jolokia JW 10 seeds

White Bhut Jolokia JW-(Capsicum chinense)-This is a strain of White Bhut Jolokia that was developed by Jay Weaver of Eastern Pennsylvania. Other White Bhut Jolokia are smooth skinned in appearance and not rough and pimply like Weaver’s strain. In 2015 we will be growing out in large quantity with multiple growers to select the best phenotypes in the hope of keeping this White Ghost Pepper stable and true! The White Bhut Jolokia has a nice Ghost heat level with citrus tones. It ripens from green to creamy white. It will get light yellow if over ripened just like other white Capsicum chinense types. This pepper is ideal for making a sauce or salsa! Would be great in a fruit based salsa. The White Bhut Jolokia chile plants grow 3-4 feet tall. Note: We do not know the stability of this strain yet!
