White Lakes-(Capsicum annuum)-This is an early producing sweet pepper variety from Russia. It produces small pointy end peppers that grow pointing up with pointy ends. They start out creamy white in color then transition into an orange blush and finally red. For more sweetness harvest when orange or red. The fruits get almost 3 inches in diameter near the stem and about 3 inches long. They are very productive so it is a good idea to stake them. The flavor is very sweet and juicy. Ideal for salads, stuffing or roasting. The White Lakes chile plants grow just over 2 feet tall.

At Refining Fire Chiles we isolate our seed production plants to avoid cross-pollination with other chile species. If you want to grow your own chiles, you can purchase seeds right here, or full plants (April-July) and have fresh chiles by September.
