These Islands range from the Bahamas far north to Trinidad and Tobago in the south. The West Indies Yellow Habanero ripens from light green to bright yellow and has pumpkin shaped pods with slight rib folds in the flesh. The flavor tones are citrus fruity with heat in the mid-level habanero range. In the West Indies it is used for sauces and marinades.
